    3. Flash Sales- posted in the Facebook group

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout options.

3. Do you take requests

  • No — the live sales, website, and Facebook group flash sales only include the items presented. 

4. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping is from Ohio via USPS.

  • Orders typically ship the next day and arrive in under a week.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way (check your junk/spam folder just in case).

  • Yes, we ship to Canada (with an extra shipping rate).

  • For international orders, please contact us so we can work directly with you.

5. Do you allow preorders?

  • No — preorders are not accepted unless a special exception is announced.

6. What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for items that arrive damaged. To begin the process, please send a clear photo of the damaged item to us via Facebook Messenger within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please monitor your tracking information (provided in your confirmation email from BNTB) and contact USPS directly if you experience any delivery issues.
  • All purchases made through our website or Facebook are considered final sale. Refunds, exchanges, or returns are only accepted in cases of damage reported within 14 days.
